As our products are sourced from trusted third-party fulfillment partners and order processing begins shortly after an order is placed, we maintain the following policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the product, size, color, quantity, and shipping details.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Personal preference.

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Refusal to accept the delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,

  • A defective product, or

  • A product different from what you ordered,

Your email should include:

  • Clear photographs of the product.

  • Photographs of the packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or another remedy where applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, women's shapewear and intimate apparel cannot be returned once delivered, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
